Create Your Career Vision

One of the reasons why you might be feeling stuck or unsure of what next step to take, or if you should take any as your mind serves up all the good reasons why to remain exactly where you are and not rock the boat could be that you're lacking an inspiring and compelling career vision. Think about it, every company and famous leader has a vision, shouldn't you? Especially if you want to steer your career instead of just drifting and going where everyone else wants you to go to support their needs and desires Apple's vision is " We believe that we are on the face of the earth to make great products, and that's not changing." Nordstrom's vision is "To give customers the most compelling shopping experience possible." Shouldn't you have one? There is a great saying by Tony Gaskins "If you don't build your dream someone else will hire you to help build theirs."
