As we had to remove the heart opening meditation episode due to sound issues, I felt compelled to replace it with another episode focused on 2 practices you can use when experiencing and processing feelings and emotions that come with realizing when your job is no longer aligned with where you want to be, how you want to feel during your workdays and what you want to give your life energy to. And how not to let these “negative” emotions such as frustration, fear, overwhelm, anger, sadness, even grief get stuck in your body and energy but to let them come up to surface and release them. These practices are simple and super accessible, but so many days we end up overlooking the emotions, stuffing them down because we're busy, we have to have our act together, so we move on, but in a way this is how we desensitize ourselves from our inner guidance and signs your body is giving you when things are no longer aligned with and for you. This applies to everyday job situations, so don't wait for something massive to happen to do this. Processing these feelings and releasing them will help clear your connection to your intuition and let you have sharper guidance and clarity for your future direction and choices.
